At IndiCart, we strive to ensure you receive the product exactly as shown and described on our website. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Shipping Charges
Since we clearly display product images, descriptions, and specifications before purchase, customers are responsible for paying the delivery and return shipping charges in case of:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering by mistake

  • Not liking the product after delivery

  • Refusing the order at delivery

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders)

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI

Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer

  • The return request is made after the allowed time period

  • The product was refused at delivery without a valid reason

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
